From My Death bed to Health

A Journey From Death's door as one of many doctor's 'incurable' worst cases, to Healing
Just months apart! Same couch!
I'm Not afraid to post this fist picture. I think that when we're most in the crucible, we're at our MOST beautiful.
I know this probably comes as a shock to those who just knew me as the model who was blessed enough to work for Elle and Cosmo Magazines.
The surprise it may be, up until now, THIS is what I looked like more often than not, for 7, almost 8 years. This was the side no one saw as I was silent on social media. . the being near bed ridden for YEARS and YEARS (often for at least 16 - 20 hrs a day), the agonizing Pain all over my body, the blood vessels then bursting all over my body, (the insecure model me had to get them lazered off at the time sigh), the Arthritis and Aching Bones popping worse than 99% of 90yr olds (told to me by nursing home staff), the constantly grabbing my side from the stabbing pains of LIVER failure and the start of jaundice. I was on 30-50 pills a day, which I carried around in 20 containers in a huge backpack every time I had to leave the house, just to let me absorb a tiiiny bit of nutrition and I was still slowly dying.
I coould go on and on for pages listin' all of what this almost a decade of excruciating physical and emotional Suffering entailed~ and perhaps one day I will, in regards to my story :)
Yet I feel the Holy Spirit's first LINE of work for me, is to let anyone struggling with health issues Know that it can get Better.
<3
So my absolute speciality is:
Helping people with Digestive Issues Heal
And Thus. . Really All Issues
There's an old mantra in naturopathic medicine saying ALLL Disease begins in the gut, by Hippocrates. So this explains your auto-immune, your hormone, your skin, your brain issues. I can't even say how true this is.
So first everyone's asking me to share what ABSOLUTELY Saved my life when nothing else could... I've basically made my own modification of a program and have been using it to help everyone in my family, friends, church and old mission house, that have needed some kind of health either pick-me-up or life save. 100% of them have gotten better. I again, was one of the worst cases any Practitioner had ever dealt with, and this protocol for the first time in almost a decade got me off DOZENS of pills and other supplements a day. . which were $3-500. . a month!
I honestly believe this can help anybody, and the 74% of Americans living with Gi issues.
YOU NEED to Know these 4 things.
And I'll make pages on all of these, but am listing My outline for now :)
1) You NEED Ferments Made with a Starter!
It was really so simple all along. . I had been making home ferments of veggies and kefir to the Letter, the classic way for years. . .Yet I wasn't healing. In fact I was YEARLY GETTING WORSE!! Yet little did I know this traditional way more often than not will never Heal most of us with really bad dysbiosis.
The problem is I discovered years after the fact, that there have been such colossal changes to our soil's micro~biome on such hard to wrap our minds around levels :P, mostly from modern agriculture practices; that veggies (even organic) don't necessarily have the starting levels of good bacteria on them to begin with. Thus we're not getting the same bacteria profiles that even our grandparents where getting. It's now become soo much more difficult to make a truly gut ~ healing ferment.
Aiiiee, haha, It would have saved me soooo many years of Suffering, if I JUST would have known this~ if I have one of two main messages for those in need of help~ you need foods cultured with STARTER.
It's well known that it's Worlds Better to get your healing probiotics from ferments. The pills we get in the store are made from cultured foods to begin with, yet these are NOT in an AWAKENED state, and STUDIES of even the best (say VSL) have proven they're only TRANSIENT. They don't stay. They don't help much colonizing permanently.
(I will say that SBO's have the best chance at this, yet this still isn't the way in my option to go~ as I took Primal Defense [among countless, countless other top brands] with only baind~aidish results for years, with no real change whatsoever).
I would recommend these above pictured ferments, the same exact one's tested in Dr Mercola's article, made from *starter with my life, because they gave me my life.
"But when my team actually tested fermented vegetables produced by probiotic starter cultures, they had 10 trillion colony-forming units of bacteria. Literally, one serving of vegetables was equal to an entire bottle of a high potency probiotic!"
Just 1 week on just a spoonful or two of these before each meal changed my life, and suddenly for the First Time in 7 YEARS, I was able to gain a little weight, not be in bed 12-16 hours a day, and I was off all other 50 Pills. People around me were STUNNED. It was Truly a Miracle for me.
I'd honestly just suggest buying these as it's so much easier, and you don't have to worry about buying PicklieIt's and such (that's an article for another day, but you can start by reading this blog (I especially like her comment 4/27, 6:11) to see that ferments can so easily go wrong, even if they look and taste delicious) For a while she seemed one of the only one's speaking out on this). Especially if you're a first timer at least you'll be trying a product that works by a trusted source, instead of not doing it right on your own and getting a not truly healing ferment
.
I usually get the variety 6 pack, to spice things up with different tastes and flavors, for $100, and it lasts me 3 months, just taking a bite or so a day before my two main meals.
If you then want to get adventuresome I'd suggest Caldwell's starter, or what I do, buying the Veggie and Kefir starter from: DONNA GATE'S BODY ECOLOGY
Feel free to do some reading on the site.
I recommend both Veggie (first buying above so you know what a good product is supposed to be like) and Kefir products, as it's important to get the different types of probiotics in your system. I make the (Goat or A2 Cow) Milk Kefir from her starter and it's one of the best healing things for your system I've found. I had been both drinking Kefir from the store (Trader Joes is the best as I felt it didn't flair candida/ inflammation like the others, but like all commercial Kefirs for Gut healing it does Nothing) . . and making Kefir from Grains (not so bad but they would often get unbalanced or contaminated and never actually healed me). . . and Yogourmet for years with no or even ill results. The Yogourmet actually would make me often WORSE, (and I'm not the only fermenting guru that's figured this out haha- link.~ Jump to Dec 28th on the page~ Ohe and this is not the same Donna as Donna Gates. A lot of top people in culturing feel the same way! haha). This goes again to show ya need to be careful and get things that are well known about and Researched in the gut healing world; and even though some ferments can taste and look fine, truly sometimes (surprise as it may be :P) they are Not healing. Kombucha can actually be another example of this as well, which I have come to attest Against in my journey. A lot of functional med practitioners, as well as Donna Gates, one of the modern 'godmothers' so to speak of fermenting for health do *Not* recommend it, at least while in healing mode, just a friendly fyi! I've made both Milk and Coconut Kefir with Body Ecology.
For the Cocconut Kefir. . If I'm being really honest I'd just recommend getting some Inner~Eco from a heath food store (it's a powerhouse when used in combo with the veggies :D ), as trying to make it on your own is difficult. I've had one good batch out out of five. It either doesn't ferment 'enough' or by the second transfer I get a pretty bad yeasty or alcohol smell that Donna does not recommend drinking. ORR To ensure drinking to your finest health :), you can buy her Body Ecology Cocobiotic as well, which will guarantee you're getting a great ferment :)
For Milk Kefir I *hiiighly recommend* Body Ecology as it's soo easy that you really can't go wrong, if you're using A2 Dairy!!
I remember starting out on normal cow's milk and getting massive headaches and congestion, which was odd cause I was using the same exact Probiotic starter for the coconut kefir that week. . and when I was drinking that, I'd be fine! . . That's really another often overlooked point! ~ People will often think they're experiencing "die off" when it's really just a bad batch, or even a food allergy to A1 Dairy! True 'Die off' should really never last more than a few days or a week at the most. A2 Cow Dairy (it taste's the same, and is soo delicious!), just came to the US this year so I'd recommend A) Firstly getting that or B) if none is available using some goat's milk. Any associated taste I've noticed turns up much milder in the kefir than in the cheese, so it can be a pretty good option. The Meyenberg goat in most grocery stores health aisles is fine. :) Just be sure to follow the different instructions for goat milk ~ 1 packet per 2 cups of milk. For cow Milk you'll use 1 packet per quart and then for both of these, you get to transfer a half cup of your left overs to ferment a new gallon batch around 6 more times.
You can make around 40 GALLONS of Milk Kefir from a $30 box of starters. That's phenomenal for the zillions of probiotics that you're going to be getting (grin).
Instructions
In summary it's really Not a Scary or Daunting thing!
For the Kefir just warm up some milk a tiny bit on the stove, put this in a new lidded container with the packet, and your done in under 5 minutes.
We can say it makes ya a more intriguing person even :P Explaining the white & cloudy. . or bubbly jars (should ya attempt the cocokefir), on your counters to guests:). It's honestly a pretty fun hobby! Haha.
Gaps and SCD (Diets I respect but don't think are necessary to follow. You'll have to see my Diet Links in the page I've made for FAQs) say you'll HAVE to be on ferments for a few years to "heal and reseal" and I would agree with that. Plus in a world where near everything around us is killing our good bacteria (Gmos, pesticides, etc etc etc, even chlorine form our drinking water and showers, are all decreasing our good flora at rates never seen before in history). In today's age you really need to be on ferments and just make them a way of life. <3 Many generations past did, and they weren't even assaulted like we are.

This whole Section is a work in Progress...
Luckily as I'm so much better, I'm busy at work. . custom coding and working with a team of developers on a whole new networking and evangelization platform for those in Christian arts and Entertainment. With main hubs being developed in NYC and LA. .and then soon after that we do plan to release the 'Faith In The World Network', available nationally!
If you're one of the few I've shared this blog link with, please do check back occasionally :)
And in the interim here are some videos on A1 Dairy . . Gluten Sensitivity. . and a bit on the Gluten Protien. . as I know it might take me a while to do the other articles (smile)

Next Page will be coming soon
2) Get off ALL Gluten and A1 Dairy, while healing. . preferably for life
You need to know wheat and A1 Dairy are not the same as they used to be.
There are 2 of the most inflammatory (even if you don't yet feel it) substances on earth.
Gluten free Breads and Pasta's (some are sooo phenomenal and you can't tell! Tip! Canyon Gluten free Rye <3) and Daiya~ (Dairy Free cheese that actually is pretty close to the real thing and soooo good melted) will surely grow to be your new favorite foods~ trust me anyone I've suggest let go of the gluten and A1, come back to me a few months later, saying they can't believe the options around, and that they haven't done it sooner :)
Goat and Sheep Dairy are fine (I tend to like Trader Joes Goat in the 3 little flavored packets for the chicken and avacado salads I make), And if you want Full Cow Dairy back push and write the A2 USA company to start making provolone and cheddar cheese, like I've written haha. :P We desperately need a full over throw of A1 Cow breeding, . . just like High Fructose (Gmo) Corn Syrup is now starting to be avoided by some of the major companies!
We also need to start pushing to get these options, more than what they are, in Restaurants!
The market is slowly turning and offering gluten free breads while out, etc. . but help by becoming an activist!
The 3rd tip you'll need to avoid, is most processed oils~ (also extremely inflammatory). Stick to Coconut oil, Olive Oil and Good 'le Fashioned Butter. No cheap salad dressing! That stuff can be killer haha. (ACV and olive oil when mixed are really good and work well). You probably will be able to have some (in moderation) fresh pressed canola oil like in vegenesse and other health foods. . And likewise get the occasional order of fries while out, so long as they aren't cooked in the same deep frier as anything containing gluten, for celiacs or the gluten sensitive. And as I'll post later by the leading guru on this today, Dr Tom O'Bryan, 70% of us are gluten sensitive.
3) If you need the extra support for a few months to a year, take 2 Digestive Enzymes, (here's my best brand I recommend. . and I have tried dozens) before each meal, and before having your bite or two of ferments before each meal. I'll also be making a list of trouble shooting extra support as well, for extra tough cases.
4) Get off all other 'help'
An organic LOWER fiber (not No fiber, we all need some), variation of the Perfect Health Diet is recommended for gut healing. I, Ray Peat the founder of another offshoot of the Paleo diet, and Chris Kresser, happen to disagree and think that some sugar is healthy and fine (especially in fresh pressed juice!). Otherwise the Perfect Health Diet is solid and on point, plus the rather fun ying~yang apple diagram is an easy enough reference! :) As long as your are Off gluten and a1 Dairy! (A loving wink!) As far as Gaps and SCD, the good news is that Absolutely I've found, and these functional medicine Doctors have found, that these tough diets aren't "usually" necessary if you're on "Proper" Ferments. I was one of the worst cases anyone had come across and the Perfect Health worked much better for me. Kombuncha isn't recommended either.
Payers for you all & Cheers to a Healthy NEW Life!! :)
